Tracking: Where is my Order?

Whether you have an account or not, your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your package is shipped. 

If you have not received a tracking email your package most likely has not shipped yet. 

Once you have placed your order it enters our processing phase. Our standard order processing time is typically 2-3 business days of your purchase. If, for example, you place an order on Monday, that means in most cases it should leave our warehouse no later than Thursday of the same week. 

Since every order is unique these times may vary, but the vast majority of orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.

Pre-orders and back ordered items are not processed until we actually have the merchandise in stock, and tend to be anywhere from 1-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
