Undeliverable - Returned to Sender - Refund

At Merchtable we have a specific process for handling packages that are returned to us which results in a full refund. 

If you were notified of a refund from an order that you never received and it was marked as 'Undeliverable - RTS' this is why. 

Please keep in mind that refunds typically take 5-10 business days before being applied back to your original form of payment.   

After receiving your refund we encourage you to simply place a new order if you still want the merchandise, but would suggest that you consider choosing a different address to attempt shipping to.
